Julie Chechik has over 10 years experience in the massage therapy and bodywork field, both practicing and teaching. She has maintained a practice at the North Suburban YMCA in Woburn, MA and is an instructor at Spa Tech Institute in Ipswich, MA. Julie is very excited to be expanding her practice to Beverly.
She is experienced and trained in variety of therapeutic modalities such as deep tissue, trigger point, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release and kinesiotaping. She integrates a variety of therapeutic techniques into all of her sessions.
Julie's philosophy towards bodywork is to educate her clients on body awareness and being proactive in maintaining good health. She believes it is important to be instrumental towards her clients healing process and well being.
Julie graduated from the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge, MA and also completed the Viniyoga Certification Program. She is nationally certified and an ongoing member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
